We value your time as much as we value you! Beauty By Francesca is an appointment-only salon to ensure every client receives the highest level of care and attention. All bookings are appointment requests. If for any reason an appointment cannot be accommodated, Francesca will reach out with an alternative time. Please ensure your email and phone number are correct when booking.

Grace Period

We understand that life can bring unexpected delays, so we offer a 10-minute grace period to help keep things running smoothly for all our clients. After this time, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure each client receives the personalized attention they deserve. A late fee may apply, as we strive to maintain the highest standards of service. Thank you for understanding!

Adjustments

Adjustments are not guaranteed and are offered at my professional discretion. Concerns communicated or appointments requested after 7 days will be treated as a new service and charged accordingly, due to new hair growth and other factors.
